Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Workday Integration & Security Consultant to join our Corporate HRIS team. This role will serve as a critical technical partner responsible for advanced Workday security configuration, complex integrations, Prism analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, deeply technical, and comfortable operating as a backup and escalation point for Workday releases, testing, and security administration. This position will work closely with HRIS leadership, IT, and functional partners to ensure secure, scalable, and well-tested Workday solutions across the enterprise. LOCATION

This role may be based at our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL or be 100% remote. Ability to travel up to 10%. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Workday Integrations & Technical Solutions

Design, develop, and maintain complex, enterprise-grade Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on Workday Studio, alongside Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs). Serve as a technical lead for Workday Studio solutions, including orchestration, data transformation, error handling, logging, and performance optimization. Lead end-to-end integration design efforts, including requirements analysis, data mapping, solution architecture, testing strategy, and deployment. Support and maintain integrations between Workday, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise SaaS platforms. Workday Security (Primary Focus Area)

Design, configure, and maintain Workday security roles, domain security policies, and business process security frameworks. Manage user access, role provisioning, de-provisioning, and security changes with strong attention to detail and audit readiness. Serve as a backup to the lead Workday security administrator, supporting security updates and validation during Workday releases. Conduct regular security reviews, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Reporting, Data Integrity & Testing

Design and maintain advanced Workday reporting solutions, including standard, custom, composite, matrix, and Prism Analytics reports, as well as Studio integrations that support reporting and data flow needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports, integrations, and analytics outputs. Support Workday biannual releases, including impact analysis, testing, validation, and post-release support. Partner closely with HRIS, IT, and functional teams to deliver secure, scalable Workday solutions. Contribute to SaaS implementation initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements. Support vendor and third-party relationships related to Workday integrations and enterprise systems. Apply strong project management discipline across initiatives, supporting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Workday Integration Certification and/or Workday Security Certification. 8–10+ years of hands‑on Workday experience, with strong depth in security configuration, integrations, Studio, and reporting. Demonstrated expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Workday Web Services. Proven experience supporting Workday releases and system testing. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly collaborative, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in a complex enterprise environment. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience integrating Workday with Oracle EBS or similar ERP platforms. Experience with SaaS implementations, systems administration, and enterprise HR technology platforms. Background in consulting or professional services environments supporting complex client or stakeholder needs.
