Maintenance Supervisor – Relief Role (Omaha, NE)
W.K. Kellogg Co invites you to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, stepping into a fast‑paced, flexible role that supports production by covering supervisory responsibilities and driving impactful maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate teams while covering supervisory responsibilities across all departments.
Maintain work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
Foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement across all departments.
Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members for assigned areas and shifts.
Diagnose maintenance issues and resolve or mitigate them using root cause analysis.
Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and waste through LEAN principles.
Document and implement maintenance and reliability best practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with related work experience.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
Ability to work any shift as needed.
Salary Range $75,560 – $95,700 (base salary, contingent on experience and market conditions).
