Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 9:00 a.m.‑1:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service
Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
Deliver notices to residents as directed.
Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
Cleaning and Grounds
Maintain certain aspects of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
Prepare and/or touch up vacant units for occupancy.
Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Regulation & Safety
Have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
Qualifications Positions where the candidates possess a strong customer service orientation, basic custodial skills, and a willingness to learn and comply with company policies and regulations are highly desirable.
