People travel from across the country and around the world for treatments within our hospitals/clinics. Our team is doing high impact work in the prevention, detection, and treatment of our patients. At the **Masonic Cancer Clinic** we strive for a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment where employees are able to find career growth as well as work-life balance.**What you will do as** **a Triage RN:*** Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs* Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes* Uses systematic, comprehensive patient assessment tools, and uses protocols appropriately* Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services* Supports with interviewing and documenting patients both directly and indirectly**What you will need:*** Current Minnesota RN License* Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)* BLS certification* 5+ years of clinical RN experience* Patient education and pro-active disease management experience**Position is fully remote after training is completed. May also be required to work onsite a few days per year, as needed. \*\*****Location:** Clinics and Surgery Center - Masonic Cancer Center**Hours:** Casual/Per Diem**Benefits:** This is not a benefit eligible position**Compensation:**34.24 - 54.78 USD HourlyAt M Physicians we believe in pay transparency and equity.
