Required Skills:
Experience in
IT support or customer service .
Strong troubleshooting skills
for Windows OS, MS Office, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and networking issues.
Ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
efficiently.
Excellent
communication and client service skills .
Experience with
ITSM Remedy
(preferred but not essential).
Ability to
work in a fast‑paced 24×7 environment .
Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$19 – $20 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
