What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Motivate and coach your team to deliver top‑tier service and performance.
Drive Sales: Use your sales expertise to boost ticket averages, upsell services, and grow the customer base.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Run the Shop: Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep things running smoothly. Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Proven sales success in automotive or related fields—this is a must.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed goals.
23 years of experience in automotive service management preferred.
Familiarity with shop management software (like Tekmetric) and basic office tools.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
