Position Title : HR Manager
Location : Houston, TX
Assignment Type : Direct Hire
Compensation : $115,000.00 / Yearly + DOE
Work Schedule : Monday–Thursday 7:30-3:30pm / Fridays – WFH
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
The HR Manager will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day human resources operations, with a primary focus on managing payroll, employee benefits, and compliance across multiple states. This position will be responsible for working closely with brokers to administer open enrollment, process payroll in ADP, and assist with various HR-related tasks. Additionally, the HR Manager will help modernize HR practices, bringing current processes and systems into the 21st century.

Requirements
10-15 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the energy or oil & gas industry.
Experience managing payroll and benefits administration, particularly using ADP and working with brokers on benefits/401k plans.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to bring outdated HR processes into the modern era using technology and best practices.
Proficiency with HR software systems (experience with ADP is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
