A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to manage and coordinate staff activities related to collections and account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team performance, including hiring, goal setting, and development Resolve customer and staff inquiries regarding collections and account discrepancies Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures for the collections team Required Qualifications
Associates' degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting, cash application, or accounts receivable Previous leadership experience is beneficial Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Great Plains, JDE, or SAP
