Sanmina Fremont facility: full‑service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant in California’s Silicon Valley. Produces low‑to‑mid volume NPI runs to full‑scale volume. Offers small‑piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems, in‑house painting, flexible logistics, inventory management, hubbing and repair services.
Job Purpose
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies and components.
Nature Of Duties / Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, drawings or diagrams.
Operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed.
Initiate process improvements of assigned working area.
Education & Experience
Minimum 1‑2 years related experience in production and technical knowledge.
High school diploma; college courses preferred.
Can lift and push up to 20 pounds.
Able to stand all day.
Can communicate in English.
Can use hand tools such as electric drivers.
Available to work 40+ hours a week.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision.
Read and understand prints and drawings.
This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual):
$41,600 – $45,760 ($20.00 – $23.00 per hour).
