Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Design and supervise projects for private land development.
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
Create and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
Ensure adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with CAD Technicians, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
Highly Proficient in Civil3D/AutoCAD and other design software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering.
Experience in designing site development projects.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Experience in using Civil 3D.
PE License Prefered
