A Day in the Life Conduct expert‑level installation and service of smart‑home technology. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Act with honesty and integrity to give customers peace of mind.
Who We’re Looking For
Exceptional customer service skills
Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance, B2C, call center
Field technician experience – cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar
Clean driving record and valid license
Thrives in team and independently
Physical Demands
Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 14 feet
Work in attics and other limited‑space areas
Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
Field Services technicians conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
