Job Description
Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Phoenix area seeking a better career opportunity? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – then this opportunity may be for you! Daily Responsibilities: In this role, you will be answering inbound calls from patients with billing inquiries. You will be conducting research on patient accounts, communicating balances, and assisting with steps towards resolution. Qualified candidates will have some prior experience working from a dialer system, assisting with customer service needs, and documenting outcomes within specialized software. This role does require basic, starting experience with Microsoft platforms such as Word. One major perk, NO nights or weekends required; Just professional stablility, attendance, and effort to learn! What We Look For: 1+ RECENT years of customer service from a call center setting in ANY industry (banking, mortgage, credit, retail, etc.) Preference will be given to backgrounds in healthcare, but it is NOT required. Previous experience managing calls from a dialer system, or working from an inbound queue Polite and professional demeanor Availability to get started in our February 8th formal training class High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass 7-year criminal background check and 10-panel drug test Additional Information
