Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
Develop and implement personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle changes, and prevention strategies tailored to high‑risk populations.
Qualifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification.
Experience in high‑risk breast care and familiarity with genetic counseling and risk assessment tools.
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
Excellent communication skills for patient education.
Critical care experience highly desirable.
Job Details In‑person role focused on delivering evidence‑based care to empower patients throughout their journey. Entry level, Full‑time. Location: Louisville, KY.
