Physical Therapist Assistants

to join our team of professionals. Our mission goes beyond offering patients a better life through treatment. We hire PTAs eager to use their existing skills and add to them by learning our proprietary treatments. We welcome new grads and experienced PTAs, as well as individuals still studying to enter the field of Physical Therapy, to apply.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Help the PT in all aspects of patient care

Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises

Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes

Provide patients with needed continued care information

Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management

Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by Physical Therapist

Keep Physical Therapist up to date on changes in patient progress

Help measure and track intervention effectiveness

Educate the patient on continuing care

Other duties as assigned

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Successful Candidates Must Have

Valid Texas PTA License preferred

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program preferred

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Excellent problem‑solving abilities to develop individualized treatment plans

Empathy and compassion to provide emotional support to patients during their rehabilitation journey

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and treatment plans simultaneously

Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

Must be self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and use all physical therapy modalities

1 year of experience is preferred, but we happily work with new graduates and those still studying to enter the field
