Required Qualifications Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of LD experience. Licenses required: RN-NV. Certifications required: CERT‑FHM, CERT‑STABLE. Must provide SSN, DOB and work history; no more than 90 days of gap in the last year.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Meditech.
