Local Contract Nurse RN – Labor and Delivery – Worcester, MA
Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a local contract position in Worcester, MA. Travelers can earn up to $2,600 per week.
Job Function
Provide nursing care to laboring patients, monitoring fetal heart rates and assessing maternal and fetal status.
Assist with labor and delivery, supporting patients and families throughout the birthing process.
Administer medications and interventions as ordered, respond quickly to any changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive birthing experience.
Job Requirements
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain prior to start.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
NRP certification required.
2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required.
Fetal monitoring certification preferred.
