This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution center and (ii) Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality. Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 0-2 years of relevant work experience. **Warehouse Associate I Responsibilities:**Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment, safety, security, company and 6S standards in the distribution centerPerform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and qualityOperate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidentsFollow all visual aids with the distribution center in order maximize safety, quality, and productivityContribute process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operationsIdentify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issueFully contribute in continuous improvement events to improve operationsReport company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety riskThis position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsProtect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed**Warehouse Associate I Qualifications:**

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience0-2 years of relevant work experienceAbility to Read and Write in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and sit upAbility to use hand to finger, handle, or feelAbility to climb or balanceAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawlAbility to reach with hands andThe pay range for this position is $16.88 - $24.23/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
