Preferred Qualification(s)
Order Picker Forklift experience (cherry-picker, case-picker).
Experience with computerized inventory management systems (SAP).
Previous logistics or warehouse experience.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Essential Job Functions
Perform material handling and warehousing functions including receiving, storing, moving, packing, and shipping.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Use computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing.
Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures.
Support daily logistics operations and meet productivity goals.
Leadership Responsibilities This position does not include supervisory responsibilities but requires adherence to safety standards and teamwork to support warehouse operations.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Minimum 12 months of forklift experience.
Numerical reasoning aptitude for inventory and order processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform repetitive operations.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
Must pass company physical and drug screening.
Warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures.
Requires use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Standard work schedule with overtime as needed.
