Position Overview This position is responsible for supporting production by pulling and allocating material from inventory to lineside supermarkets and designated staging areas. The MC will be required to stage finished goods for pick up or put them away into storage. The MC is ultimately responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within all of CompoSecure's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying part identification numbers listed on work orders.

Monitors inventory levels and schedules items either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules.

Coordinates the transfer of raw materials and other parts between CompoSecure facilities.

Maintains in-process inventory in Kan Bans, Supermarkets, and work centers.

Conducts cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy (daily, weekly, and monthly counts are performed).

Provide ideas/insights to refine established procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency, improve quality, and reduce cost.

Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and evaluating transactions to resolve count discrepancies.

Analyze inventory variances.

Identify and escalation as appropriate issues regarding the handling and storage of inventoried items.

Ensure full adherence to 5S practices at all times.

Other Important Responsibilities

Timely Corrective Action response and resolution to relevant project situations

Engage and support companywide Safety and Cleanliness programs.

Will be required to perform other job functions, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education, Certifications; Associate degree preferred, High School Education a must.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.

Excellent time‑management skills.

Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload.

Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self‑motivated, creative, and innovative.

Excellent problem‑solving skills.

High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
