Position Highlights

Schedule:

Full‑time (40 hours/week) – 10‑hour shifts: 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

On‑Call Rotation:

Includes weekends and holidays. A 30‑minute response time is required when on‑call. Weekend on‑call is typically every 3 months, and limited holiday on‑call approx. 1 holiday per year. Scheduling is based on team rotation and may be subject to change.

Qualifications

Active RN license

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

Experience in pre‑ or post‑procedural care is a plus, but not required – we’ll support your development!

About the Role As an RN in our Endoscopy Department, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team performing a wide range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, bronchoscopy, and ERCP. You’ll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary‑level care in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures

Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation

Monitor patients during and after procedures

Collect and prepare lab specimens

Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery

Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians

Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies

Education : Graduate from Specialty Training Program‑Nursing (Required)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year‑Nursing (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s) : Basic Life Support Certification – Default Issuing Body; Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) – RN, State of Pennsylvania
