Routine and emergent maintenance of all Hilltop facilities.
Maintenance support of all programs including electrical repair (moving sockets/switches and trouble shooting, HVAC troubleshooting to the component level, advanced plumbing repair and maintenance (to include soldering), painting, and advanced repair or replacement of drywall.
Removing and replacing floor coverings.
Refurbishing apartments.
Read and interpret facility blue prints, produce shop drawings.
Repairing appliances (i.e., washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves).
Overseeing and enforcing facility safety.
Assisting with apartment moves and heavy lifting.
Assisting and overseeing the work of Maintenance Engineer I.
Must have reliable transportation.
Available for on call rotation.
More Specifically, In This Role We Request: This position requires some specific skills that we hope you can bring.
Two years of college or four years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification related to maintenance (HVAC, Engineers License, etc) (preferred)

The schedule for this specific position is full-time Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4p, with one week on-call rotations.
