Responsibilities The Manager of Radiology Services provides leadership, supervision and coordinates department activities, ensuring safety to both patients and staff. Directs all human resource functions of the department, including overseeing training and ensuring staff competencies, and ensuring safe staffing levels. Coordinates and develops budgets with direction of Director. Meets organizational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance. Ensures ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators and PI activities, reports activities as directed. Responds to the needs of the department by performing radiology technician duties when needed.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree, Graduate of an AMA accredited program in radiologic technology.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Specialized training in CT or MRI preferred.
Supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions.
Previous experience as a radiology technologist/Nuclear Medicine/Other modalities.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Current state licensed CRT & Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH and ARRT-R.
Current Basic Life Support / BCLS (AHA) certification.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards required.
