Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations. Qualifications
Current state license (Washington) and DEA registration. Experience in post‑acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred but new graduates welcome. Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a positive outlook.
