Registered Nurse (RN) Needed - Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physician’s orders for each patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries.
Pay:
$34‑44/HR.
Sign‑On Bonus:
$750.
Higher paying cases available upon request.
Responsibilities
Assess patient’s condition and chart effectively.
Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review.
Provide physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care when required.
Offer private duty nursing for children and young adults with special needs (tracheostomy, ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, and other medical needs).
Benefits

Specialty RN training on trache and ventilators if needed.
Flexible scheduling and a variety of shifts.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate school of nursing.
Current, unrestricted state license as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
