Registered Nurse (RN) Neurology Med Surg — Charge Neuro Science
Pay range: $21.97/hr – $37.22/hr. Sign‑on bonus: $20,000 (eligible).
Schedule: 3 12‑hour night shifts. Shift times: 6:45 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or 6:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
Experience & Qualifications
Current state RN license.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within of hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire.
1–2 years of prior experience preferred.
Neuro/orthopedic experience preferred.
Unit: 20‑bed, patient population includes spine/neck/head surgery, stroke and seizure.
