Pay & Benefits
Sign on Bonus $7,500 for full‑time RNs
Pay: New updated rates up to $43/hr
$6/hr night differential & $8/hr weekend night differential
$1,000 RN referral bonus for employees

Available Shifts and Hours Full‑time and part‑time RN positions available for days and nights with rotating weekends. Shift schedules: 12‑hour shifts.
Registered Nurse Essential Functions
Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families.
Provide nursing care within state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols.
Ensure physicians’ orders are legible, transcribed appropriately.
Assess patients’ status continually and document pertinent information.
Notify physicians of significant changes in status (e.g., detox difficulties, medical emergencies, medication response).
Ensure initial nursing treatment plans are completed upon admission.
Demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions in providing direct patient care.
Accurately administer medications per ordered note.
Document counts of controlled substance medication administration.
Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently and accurately.
Exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients, maintain professional boundaries and rational detachment.
Provide direction or coordinate unit activities as directed.
Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, co‑workers, and others involved in inpatient treatment.
Education / Licensure / Experience / Skill Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment, or eligibility to practice nursing according to state requirements.
One year of nursing experience; prior psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance use nursing experience preferred.
CPR and de‑escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
