Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Labor & Delivery RN who will assess, implement or delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. The RN will relate effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care, provide clinical supervision for entry level nurses, and assist in their development.
Contract Assignment 13 weeks (Temporary). Shift: 3x12 days.

Requirements
Excellent communication and listening skills.

Willingness to assist others when needed.
Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others.
Perform routine duties independent of supervision but consults with others as required.
Work Experience: At least 2 years as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN).
Responsibilities
Sing clinical reasoning.
Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
Manage both emotional and physical patients.
Assess patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education.
Work collaboratively with medical staff.
Provide quality care in a compassionate and professional manner.
