What You’ll Do
Provide hands‑on support with kindness and respect
Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and mobility
Follow individualized care plans and document progress
Administer medications in accordance with policy
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Use approved behaviour support techniques
Encourage community engagement and participation
Communicate effectively with teammates and service partners
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
Valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years, unsuspended)
Availability for 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week (Sunday–Tuesday or Thursday–Saturday)
