Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities As a Mechanical Engineer you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that drives innovation, quality, and client satisfaction across all aspects of building design. Suitable candidates need to possess knowledge and experience for all phases of building design, including construction administration and commissioning.
This is a full‑time role which qualifies for four days in the office and one day remote.
Primary Duties
Troubleshoot and execute assignments for multiple projects in a timely manner.
Effectively and collaboratively work across multiple departments and stakeholders to help gather requirements, plan and execute project requirements.
Draft and document equipment and processes to ensure seamless manufacturability of projects.
Document operational intent and maintenance requirements for the end user.
Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
Participate in onsite client visits including and not limited to project scope walks, meetings, testing, commissioning, startup support, and trouble shooting.
Assist with client proposals and Proposal development
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
Professional Engineer (PE license) preferred
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of applicable codes
Detail-oriented
Ability to take direction and act independently
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Experience solving complex problems with little to no supervision and on schedule as an individual or as a member of an integrated team
Experience in the management and execution of multiple projects in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent technical, presentation and client interface skills
Up to date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques
Seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing designs and processes
Education Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field, from a 4-year accredited college or university.
