The Structural and Mechanical Engineer position is based out of our Byron Clean Energy facility located in Byron, IL. Total Rewards

This Engineering role may be filled as a Mid-level or Senior Engineer. Please see below for the minimum qualifications for each level. Mid Level - $90,000-$110,000 Senior Level - $117,000-$143,000 Salary ranges are annual and based on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting engineering and technical tasks under general supervision to support our nuclear plant operations. Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Execute engineering and technical tasks assigned by supervision, applying core engineering principles. Ensure all engineering products produced meet applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes and techniques in line with established policies and procedures. Suggest improvements to the format and methodologies of standard processes and procedures. Perform additional responsibilities and duties as per company policy or management direction, including emergency response duties and support of outage activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Mid-level (E02) Engineer

B.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Must meet additional requirements as outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard, 'Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants.' Maintain unescorted access requirements and pass medical examinations/testing relevant to the position duties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Senior (E03) Engineer

B.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Must meet additional requirements as outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard, 'Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants.' Maintain unescorted access requirements and pass medical examinations/testing relevant to the position duties. Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of techniques and functions performed by the engineering team.
