Job Purpose Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies and components.
Nature of Duties / Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
Operates hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed.
Initiates process improvements within the assigned working area.
Assembles the fully populated electrical box (EO6) to the sheet metal kit using basic hardware and tools (drill, screws, nuts, etc.).
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience of production and technical knowledge.
High school diploma required; college courses preferred.
Must be able to lift and push up to 20 pounds; able to stand all day.
Must be able to communicate in English and use hand tools such as electric drivers.
Available to work 40+ hours per week and able to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision.
Read and understand prints and drawings.
This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range Annual: $41,600 – $45,760 (or $20.00 – $23.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills. The total rewards package also includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO, and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
