You diagnose quickly, make the repair, and get them moving again. Before you leave, you log the service details, note parts usage for inventory, and check in with the customer to ensure everything runs smoothly. Then it’s on to the next call—independent, trusted, and equipped with the latest technology.
How You’ll Contribute
Repair and maintain material handling equipment with care and precision
Diagnose technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Deliver top-tier customer service on every visit
Document service calls thoroughly and help manage parts/inventory
Collaborate with a supportive team and responsive management
Stay current with new tools, diagnostics, and industry tech
Champion safety standards in every task
What You Bring
High school diploma (technical training or degree is a plus)
Hands‑on background as an equipment technician in Forklift, Heavy/Diesel, Automotive, Aerial Platforms (MEWP), or a comparable field
Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem‑solving skills
Clear communication and customer‑facing professionalism
Self‑directed with excellent time management
Comfort with diagnostic tools and software
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
