Job Description
Nongshim America is an instant Ramyun manufacturer located in Rancho Cucamonga seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team! As a maintenance mechanic you will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery directly in our production plant.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, boilers, and packaging machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP and GMP.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges.
Assist in the installation, relocation, or upgrading of equipment as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in industrial mechanic experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Familiarity with food-grade equipment and sanitary maintenance practices.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
Certification in welding or electrical work is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:
$26.00–$36.00 per hour , commensurate with your qualifications, licenses, and level of experience.
