Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area for an Experienced CDL Rigger. The CDL Rigger will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining heavy rigging and lifting equipment, performing safe loading, transporting, and unloading of machinery, and participating in precision rigging and lifting in high‑risk environments. Additional duties include collaborating with team members and adhering to safety regulations and protocols to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in rigging, machinery moving, and heavy equipment operations
Proficiency in operating cranes, forklifts, and specialized lifting equipment; certification as a rigger or signal person is a plus
Possess a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record
Strong understanding of lift planning, safety procedures, and compliance with industry regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with onsite teams
Ability to adapt to high-risk and precision environments, with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Experience in data‑center rigging, industrial storage, or logistics is an advantage
Availability to work on‑site in the Denver Metropolitan Area
Operate forklifts, extendable forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging skates, toe jacks, and related equipment
Signal crane and equipment operators using standard hand signals and radio communication
Perform job hazard analyses (JHA/AHA) and daily safety check‑ins with the crew
Execute load control, balancing, and maneuvering of sensitive or high‑value equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Represent Ceros with professionalism in front of clients, contractors, and GC/EC partners
Assist with warehouse organization, tool maintenance, and equipment staging
Travel to job sites (regional) as required
3–5+ years of professional rigging experience (industrial, commercial, data center preferred)
Strong understanding of rigging fundamentals, load dynamics, and safety best practices
Valid Rigger and Signalperson Certifications (NCCER, Crosby, or equivalent)
Forklift/Telehandler certifications (OSHA‑compliant)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in demanding environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with machinery moving, heavy equipment setting, or industrial installation
Preferred (Not Required)
OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30
Experience working inside live or new‑build data centers
Ability to lead a small crew on rigging tasks
CDL or experience around cranes
