What You’ll Do
Coordinate MEP systems using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Resolve clashes and ensure seamless system integration.
Maintain MEP schedules and track project progress.
Support BIM workflows, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Lead scope development, bid matrices, and assist with GMP pricing.
Oversee start‑up and commissioning with third‑party partners.
What You Bring
2 years of MEP coordination experience with strong BIM skills.
Proficiency in Autodesk tools; knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 is a plus.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
