Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Porter/Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas of our facility, keeping it clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
General maintenance or cleaning experience.
Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team.
Must possess a positive attitude.
Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Self-motivated.
Attendance is an imperative job function.
Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, and basic plumbing tasks.
Cleaning and Trashing-Out units.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Ensure that all outdoor areas are kept free of debris, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
