Overview
Greulich's (part of the Sun Auto Network) has been helping Maricopa County with car care since 1977. Today, we're a multi-location business offering preventive maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, and automotive repairs.
Store Manager Responsibilities
Overall store performance, including financial and operational objectives.
Guest services management and store standards enforcement.
Expense control, human resource management, and operating cost oversight.
Inventory control, POS system usage, and phone call handling.
Handle escalated customer complaints and maintain customer service excellence.
Conduct regular audits, performance evaluations, and coaching of employees.
Key Qualifications
Five or more years of experience managing sales in an automotive repair shop or equivalent business experience.
Previous experience managing and coaching team members through effective communication and business development.
Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred but not required.
Current, valid driver's license.
State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Availability Monday through Saturday.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Bi-Weekly Pay.
Tuition Reimbursement, up to $3,000 annually.
