full-time Residential HVAC Repair Technician
to join our dynamic and exciting team! As a Residential HVAC Repair Technician, you provide exceptional HVAC repair and maintenance services to our valued customers.
This position typically works
Monday - Friday , but there are some
Saturday shifts
and we have an
on-call rotation . If you are on-call, you have the following Monday off. We complete jobs throughout Shelby County and in the surrounding areas. You are offered wonderful benefits, which include
paid health insurance, paid life insurance, a 401(k) with a company match, 7 paid holidays, up to 2 weeks of paid vacation time, performance incentives, uniforms, the use of a company vehicle, further training, and company events such as cookouts and trips . Additionally, this position has the opportunity to work

Residential HVAC experience
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
