Production Planner
Location:
Miami Lakes, FL Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime:
Required as needed (occasional weekends based on production demands)
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Planner to support our manufacturing operations. This administrative role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and accurate production flow.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet operational goals
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and walk the production floor as needed to verify status
Communicate production priorities and updates with internal teams
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Use Microsoft Excel to track schedules, materials, and production data
Identify potential issues and collaborate with teams to resolve scheduling or production challenges
Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning and workflow efficiency
