Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds. Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance. Obtain bids for work from outside contractors; assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action. Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors. Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine needs and extent of service, and estimate worker hour requirements for job assignments. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency of the work crew. Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget. Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor. Preference for Yardi experience. Experience in all trades. Excellent written, communication and computer skills. Past supervisory experience is a must. Current driver’s license and auto insurance required. Able to work weekends and overtime as needed. Compensation
Salary range: $31.00 – $36.00 per hour. Benefits
