Job Summary: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you create safe and welcoming environments for our patients, visitors and employees.
You will perform general maintenance and repairs of the hospital’s facilities and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and pneumatic equipment.
In this role, you will monitor and inspect work to ensure code and regulation compliance.
On Call hours may be required on an as needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent or trade school diploma or degree from technicalschool
Must have working knowledge of electricity, fire safety codes, refrigeration, and airconditioning codes
1-2 years previous experience in similar positions in an institutional setting
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Licensed/Certified in one or more trades or disciplines
