Responsibilities
Painting as directed
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Floor care including, but not limited to, stripping and waxing
Oversee and operate low pressure boilers
Salary per collective bargaining agreement, range $41,043 - $44,818 depending upon experience plus Black Seal stipend, $1,500.
Health benefits offered including full family medical, prescription, dental, and employee-only optical insurance.
