About Choice Builders Choice Builders is a veteran-owned, award-winning residential builder serving Cedar City, Brian Head, and Southern Utah. We build both high-end custom homes and well-executed production homes, with a reputation for craftsmanship, clear communication, and a values-driven process.
Our mission is simple: build homes the right way and deliver a building experience rooted in honesty, integrity, service, results, and personal growth.
Our custom work includes architecturally driven luxury homes, many of which are mountain projects. These builds require thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and steady leadership. Our production homes require consistency, discipline, and repeatable execution across multiple projects. Both sides of our business demand high standards and accountability.
About The Role The Construction Manager is accountable for the performance of the entire construction team. This role ensures projects are executed consistently, standards are upheld, SOPs are followed, and clients experience a professional, predictable build process. The Construction Manager owns how construction work gets done at Choice Builders.
Role Overview This is a construction leadership role responsible for enforcing standards and driving consistent execution across all construction teams, including both Custom and Production. The Construction Manager directly manages Project Managers, Superintendents, Selections, Project Administrators, and Field Support staff.
The Construction Manager is responsible for implementing documented SOPs, enforcing quality and schedule standards, and holding the construction team accountable for results. This role executes the company's vision and expectations set by ownership. It does not define strategy or direction.
The Construction Manager does not personally run projects. The role exists to ensure the people who do are performing to standard. Regular field presence, firm follow-through, and clear accountability are required.
