Field Service Technician / Forklift Mechanic

Dillon Toyota Lift is hiring a
Field Service Technician (Forklift Mechanic)
to service and repair material handling equipment at customer sites throughout the Ogden area. This is a field‑based position for a technician who enjoys hands‑on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and working independently while delivering great customer service.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair Toyota and other makes of forklifts and material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.)
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Communicate clearly with customers, service managers, parts, and dispatch
Complete work orders, labor hours, and parts documentation accurately
Maintain a company service van and inventory
What We’re Looking For
2+ years technician or automotive repair experience (forklifts, automotive, heavy equipment, or related field)
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems (engines, transmissions, gas/LP systems a plus)
Comfortable working independently in the field
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical training preferred)
