Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Company:

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (Vishay Thin Film). Vishay produces a large portfolio of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used across automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets.

Job Location:

Niagara Falls, NY – the site offers proximity to the world‑famous Niagara Falls.

Responsibilities

Supervise the facility to ensure equipment maintenance departments maximize production equipment availability.

Direct technicians in production equipment repair and maintenance.

Oversee compliance with corporate and legal requirements and interface with outside agencies and vendors.

Track and maintain maintenance KPIs against targets.

Investigate, plan, and implement facility and production equipment upgrades.

Maintain spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.

3‑5 years of supervisory experience with a background in electrical systems, compressed‑air systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including electrical controls, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Math and computer skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Collaborative mindset and curiosity to drive continuous improvement.

Salary Range $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
