Responsibilities
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on generators, ATS, and related components Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records Adhere to all safety standards and company policies Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must own basic industrial tools (hand tools, torque wrenches, multimeters) Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Professionalism and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in generator repair or related field Technical training or military equivalent preferred Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required Technical training or military equivalent preferred Essential Job Functions

Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screen Lift up to 50–80 lbs occasionally Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Primarily shop-based work with occasional field support. Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment. PPE required at all times. Occasional overtime will be required, sometimes with short notice.
