Remedy staffing is hiring for many roles with a leading manufacturer of Solar Panels in the Cecil Field area!
12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotates)
Must be available to work every other weekend
$16.00-$18.25
Job Description Remedy Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in the Cecil Field area of Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where you’ll assist in the production of solar panels.
Key Responsibilities
Operate or monitor production equipment
Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Stand, walk, and lift throughout the 12-hour shift
Requirements
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods (12-hour shifts)
Must wear steel-toed shoes
Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule including weekends and nights
High school diploma
