is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic
Medical Intermediate Unit .
Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Intermediate Schedule:
Full Time, 36 hours, Nights
Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts
Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients withidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
Job Requirements Applicable Experience:
1 year Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree
