Job Description Responsible for the full spectrum of grant administration for the K and CTS Pilot programs at the University of Florida, including:
Pre‑ and post‑award management: develop annual requests for applications (RFAs), application instructions, dissemination timelines, FAQs, and reviewer coordination; disseminate notices of award (NOAs) and non‑award notices; manage compliance with institutional and federal guidelines; track expenditures; gather and submit required NIH documents (prior approval, progress reports, clinical trial submissions).
Program administration: serve as program point of contact; advise on tri‑wide directors (TWD) committees; coordinate seminar series, mock study sections, and pilot workshops; maintain program webpages, library listings, and Public‑Facing communication.
Collaboration with CTSI Communications, data analysis, and R‑Connect teams to support pilot applicants, develop metrics, and maintain pilot program materials.
Administrative support for the Research Administration team: data entry, document preparation, and compliance tracking as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of NIH and University of Florida grant policies, Microsoft Office, and WordPress website maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, evaluate, and report research data.
Experience in project planning, organization, and independent work.
