Hold shift accountability for managing patient care using the Nursing Process
Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs and ensure safe delivery of care
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver top‑notch patient support
Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development
Delegate patient care priorities according to the education and experience of the team
Provide guidance and supervision to assigned personnel delivering exceptional patient care
Work the NIGHT SHIFT for those who thrive in a vibrant, high‑stakes environment
Dress in Navy Scrubs while making a real impact in patients' lives
Qualifications
Current RN license
BLS and ACLS certification
Passion for caring for cardiovascular patients and making a difference
